19 Jun 2013 We went on the cicchetti tour on our first evening. Brilliant! Cecilia is a gem - we could not imagine a better person as a guide to where to eat, and drink, off the beaten track in Venice. As well as the information she imparts regarding the local food and wine, there are many interesting snippets of history thrown in. Invaluable for your first visit to Venice.

18 Jun 2013 It was one of the best tours I have been on. I was the only one who signed up for the tour and they still proceeded with the tour. Summer my guide was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She took me places that I had only heard about and had never seen. I learned a lot about my own backyard. I think most locals feel that they know their city but that is not true there is so much to learn and this tour taught me more then I ever expected.I would definitely recommend this tour. Honestly, sign up as quickly as you can. You will not be sorry.

16 Jun 2013 Cecilia was excellent! She shared her love for the local culture and showed us how to have a much more authentic experience by simply stepping back from the tourist zones, by even just a block. This was truly the highlight of our visit to Venice. I highly recommend Cecilia and this tour!
