Itinerary
Explore Chiang Mai’s old city and the Thapae Gate. Then visit the Chiang Mai City Arts & Cultural Centre to learn about Chiang’s Mai’s history. Next, take a walk to the centre of town to see the Chedi Luang temple.
See the beautiful mural paintings at Wat Pra Singh then take some time out from sightseeing at coffee shop. Once refreshed it’s time to explore Thapae Road, Chiang Mai’s business centre and home to some interesting architecture. Finish the adventure at Waroros Market, Chiang Mai’s biggest flea market. There’s plenty of time here to bargain for mementos or try tasty local snacks.

Dress Standard
Dress standards are conservative throughout Asia, especially outside major cities. To respect this and for your own comfort, we strongly recommend modest clothing. This means clothing that covers your shoulders and knees. Loose, lightweight, long clothing is both respectful and cool in the predominantly hot Asian climate. This trips visits religious sites, please ensure your knees and shoulders are covered.
