Kayaking is easy to learn and does not take much force at all, but a basic level of fitness is required. We use mainly double kayaks. All participants must be able to swim.
Dress standard:
Casual clothing. Sport sandals, a sun hat and shorts is the best dress. Warm clothes and a wind/rain jacket can some days be useful. Bring some extra clothes if you get wet. Water bottle.
