25 Mar 2013 Luiz was a fantastic tourguide and showed me all the interesting bits of Rio. I was lucky enough to have him to myself for the entire tour, and so we had a great time together. It was a very informative experience, he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a local guide that feels more like a friend than anything. We also had the best feijoada for lunch! My experience on this occasion was so positive, that I am now about to book an UrbanAdvetures tour in Foz Do Iguacu!

15 Feb 2013 Overall an amazing tour, excellent tour guide (Luiz) and a great experience we will remember for a long time :-) Urban Adventures were really accommodating to change our day because we missed the pick up time. We were surprised to find that it was only us + our tour guide Luiz. The tour of the favela was excellent and we felt very safe with our knowledgeable guide. The second part of our tour to the Christ statue was marred by a single cloud in the whole of Rio that happened be right at the top where the statue was - even Luiz couldn't fix that !

08 Nov 2012 This guided tour in Rio de Janeiro was a fantastic way to see a bit more of a great city. It gave us a lot of local insight and made us feel comfortable with the buzz that is Rio. I would recommend this tour to anyone, particularly if you want to feel less timid in a city that often gets a fair bit of bad press from the tourist point of view..
