In this online cooking class, you’ll learn how to make authentic Polish pierogi from scratch – and from the comfort of your own home!
Our local Krakow team will bring you virtually into their kitchen and teach you the secrets of the perfect pierogi, so that you can all cook your own, together.
As the national dish of Poland, pierogi (dumplings) are more than just a tasty meal. You’ll learn about the different kinds, how they’re actually served in Poland (versus how you’ve probably eaten them elsewhere), and even about the pierogi saint. Yes, there is one!
Be sure to have a beer on-hand to drink while you cook (or maybe some vodka – remember, your hosts are Polish!). During the process, you’ll be able to ask questions of your hosts while also learning about the traditions and history of Krakow.
Your hosts are experienced guides, cooks and bartenders, and of course, also pierogi worshippers.
Once you’ve finished cooking, you’ll sit down together to enjoy your pierogi and have the chance to ask any questions about life in Poland.
