Our guide was excellent. He shared a lot of knowledge of the area, the fruits in particular and the prepared food. His English was excellent and he had a good sense of humour, which is necessary when he has to put up with me.

I booked this tour at the last minute, so phoned to check there was availability. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and said she would investigate and call me back. When she called me back she explained they were trying to see if they could split it into two groups and she would call me back. When she did she told me there was space and to book online.
When they came to collect me I was very disappointed to find out I was the only person in my group. I had not been told this by the woman I spoke to. As a solo traveller I book on group tours to meet people and had I known I was going to spend the day by myself I definitely would not have booked the tour. Luckily somebody from the other group had some issues which meant we picked her up instead so I had someone to travel with.
At lunchtime we saw the other group and there were approx 12 people in it. I appreciate due to the late booking that it might have been tricky logistically to split the group but I think that everybody would have probably enjoyed it more as two equally sized smaller groups.
The tour itself was excellent, and our guide Fila was very good, I would recommend him to others.

A relaxing way to spend time in Siem Reap in a tuk tuk, on the water with the breeze in your hair, visiting a temple and buying that last minute item at a local market. Most enjoyable.
