Our amazing guide Myat took my husband and me for a lovely stroll through dynamic streets of Yangon, while explaining the city's interesting history & present. We walked around colonial buildings downtown and along the river front among the many stands and stalls with literally everything from expensive iPhones and tablets to rubbish jewelry and all sorts of delicious food. We have stopped at different places to have little local snacks, until we finished in Chinatown (where Chinese New Year was being celebrated - lucky us, it was super cool!) and Myat took us to a cool local place for beer and Burmese barbecue.
We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and very pleasant conversation with Myat and our fellow travelers.
My advice: Do this tour upon your arrival to Yangon, it's perfect as an orientation tour into the city and its food.
Thank you, Myat, for a really great night and Phyoe, the UA manager, for being incredibly helpful with the booking and answering all my questions via email before our arrival.

We did the food tour in Marrakesh with Youssef and he was great. Really enthusiastic, knowledgable, caring and honest. He made us feel like part of the community and that made the experience for us. Hold on to him!

I booked this tour at the last minute, so phoned to check there was availability. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and said she would investigate and call me back. When she called me back she explained they were trying to see if they could split it into two groups and she would call me back. When she did she told me there was space and to book online.
When they came to collect me I was very disappointed to find out I was the only person in my group. I had not been told this by the woman I spoke to. As a solo traveller I book on group tours to meet people and had I known I was going to spend the day by myself I definitely would not have booked the tour. Luckily somebody from the other group had some issues which meant we picked her up instead so I had someone to travel with.
At lunchtime we saw the other group and there were approx 12 people in it. I appreciate due to the late booking that it might have been tricky logistically to split the group but I think that everybody would have probably enjoyed it more as two equally sized smaller groups.
The tour itself was excellent, and our guide Fila was very good, I would recommend him to others.
